Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 with LTE network brings along a hefty pocket pinch

Bangalore: Verizon is all set to unveil the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on this Thursday. It's the first tablet to run on next generation LTE network. Galaxy 10.1 looks impressive with the Android 3.1 Honeycomb operating system, Flash 10.3 capability, 1080p HD video playback, 10.1-inch HD touch-screen display and download speeds of 5 to 12 MBs per second in areas covered by the LTE. But this kind of list will bring along a hefty pocket pinch for the consumers. To own a Galaxy 10.1, you have to drop down $529.99 for the 16GB model or $629.99 for the 32GB model. To add on to it, you'll have to sign up for a contract, which starts at a rate of $30 per month for a 2GB allowance and can extend up to $80 for a 10GB allowance. You can avail the black/metallic grey model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G through online and in stores, but the white model of the tablet is only available through direct fill. So you no more have to wait too long to get your Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 with LTE capabilities.
