Samsung S6 Set For March Release, To Be Unveiled In MWC

Samsung’s growth has been constantly declining as a major share of mobile phone market went to Apple when they released iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The high-end mobile market is dominated by Apple’s iPhone whereas; the low-end mobile market is dominated by companies like Xiaomi in India and China.

One of the largest customers of Qualcomm is Samsung because of the major usage of Snapdragon in Samsung phones. Xiaomi and LG are also other such companies that rely on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon.

While Samsung may not use Snapdragon in its latest edition to galaxy series and Xiaomi may partner with another IC design company based in China (Leadcore Technology), it can be said that Qualcomm’s future may be in turmoil.
