Samsung Launches Galaxy F06 5G
Samsung has entered the affordable 5G smartphone market with the launch of the Galaxy F06 5G, priced under Rs 10,000. The smartphone, introduced on Wednesday marks Samsung’s push to make 5G technology more accessible to Indian consumers.
The move comes amid rising competition in the budget 5G segment, with brands like Xiaomi, Motorola, and Lava also launching affordable 5G smartphones in recent months. Akshay S Rao, General Manager, MX Business, Samsung India, stated, "We are proud to announce our most affordable 5G smartphone, designed to make next-generation connectivity accessible to everyone. The launch of Galaxy F06 5G reflects our commitment to bridging the digital divide and empowering millions of consumers".
Powered by the MediaTek D6300 processor, the Galaxy F06 5G features a 50MP wide-angle camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and an 8MP front camera. It is backed by a 5000mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The smartphone comes in two variants 4GB RAM + 128GB storage at Rs 9,499 and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage at Rs 10,999. With its stylish design and feature-rich specifications, Samsung positions the Galaxy F06 5G as a game-changer in the budget 5G segment, catering to the growing demand for affordable, high-speed connectivity in India.
