Nubia Z70S Ultra has been launched in a few global markets along with the Nubia Pad Pro. The smartphone features a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC coupled with a maximum of 16GB of RAM and a 6,600mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. For cameras, it features a 50-megapixel triple rear camera sensor featuring a 64-megapixel telephoto lens.

Nubia Z70S Ultra smartphone was released on 13th May 2025. The phone has a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.85-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1216x2688 pixels (1.5K). Nubia Z70S Ultra is fueled by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The Nubia Z70S Ultra has 12GB of RAM. The Nubia Z70S Ultra uses Android 15 and has a 6600mAh battery. The Nubia Z70S Ultra has support for 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

When it comes to the cameras, the rear of the Nubia Z70S Ultra is equipped with a triple camera configuration that includes a 50-megapixel (f/1.7) main camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.0, ultra wide-angle) camera, and a 64-megapixel (f/2.48, telephoto) camera. The front features a single camera setup for selfies with a 16-megapixel sensor.

The Nubia Z70S Ultra comes with Nebula AIOS 1.5 based on Android 15 and has 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Nubia Z70S Ultra is a dual-SIM phone. The dimensions of the Nubia Z70S Ultra are 164.30 x 77.10 x 8.60mm (height x width x thickness) and it weighs 228.00 grams. It was released in Antique Brown and Classic Brown colours. It has an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.

Connectivity features in the Nubia Z70S Ultra are USB 4.0 (Type-C), Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, NFC, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards.
