New iPad to Hit Indian Stores on April 27


Bangalore: Apple’s third generation iPad which has a stunning Retinal Display will be available in India from April 27, said the company on April 16. The basic model of this best selling tablet will be costing 30,500 and depending on the variants the price can reach up to 50,900.

The new iPad which got launched on March 16 this year has been in news for both good and bad. This new tablet comes with an advanced AX dual-core processor, new display with 2048x1536p resolution, 5 megapixel rear camera, a back-illuminated sensor, a 5 element lens called iSight and a front camera named Facetime camera. One disappointing factor in this new iPad is that it doesn’t have the full functional Siri software which is one of the most popular element in iPhone 4S and all Apple fans expected that the new iPad will be having this interactive tool.

The new iPad will be available in black and white colors, the Wi-Fi only model will cost 30,500 for 16 GB, 36,500 for 32GB and 42,500 for 64GB. The Wi-Fi+4G models will cost you 38,900 for 16GB, 44,900 for 32GB, and 50,900 for 64GB.
