Amongst the various changes that Samsung made to Galaxy S7’s camera module compared to S6, one of the most significant of which is the bigger aperture size and lower image resolution. You get 12MP rear camera with dual-pixel technology that is said to deliver better image clarity despite the lower number of pixels. The aperture size is f/1.7, which ensures better lowlight performance as the lens captures more light. Also, the smartphone is faster at focusing on the object under both lowlight and daylight conditions.
