NEC to launch the thinnest Android phone: N-04C

Bangalore: NEC Media is coming out with the slimmest Android smartphone N-04C.After Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc which is 8.7 inch and Samsung Galaxy S II which is 8.49 inch, this new device that is 7.7 inch thick, could be counted as the slimmest handset ever.
This device has 4.0 inch WVGA touchscreen display with 845x480 resolutions. It runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. Though NEC has not informed properly about the features of the handset, but there are rumors about its other features. The weight of the phone is 105g.It has a 5.1 MP camera and a digital TV tuner and 800MHz CPU. The features includes three buttons on the bottom (menu, home, back), and a power button at the top left.
This phone will be available exclusively only in Japan, in NTT DoCoMo as till now NEC has no plan to launch this phone outside Japan and they have not yet revealed the price of the phone.
