MTS launches smartphones in India starting at

Bangalore: MTS has launched three new internet enabled smartphones in India to target tech-oriented mobile subscribers. The smartphones-Buzz, Alive and Ivory are priced between 
4,999 to 13,500.
The smartphones feature high quality voice and works on the CDMA 2000 technology platform. The smartphones provides access to atleast 15 social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Windows live messenger, Yahoo and Google search at the speed of up to 3.1 mbps.
With all the MTS smartphones having 3G capabilities, Buzz offers free usage for both voice and data services worth 1,795 with life time validity, Alive and Ivory offer the free usage of voice and data worth 2,295 with life time validity.
Buzz is priced at 4, 999 along with QWERTY keyboard and expandable memory up to 4GB and is the cheapest among the three. Alive has in-built Opera Mini Browser and Ivory offers access to 60 mobile TV channels along with Microsoft exchange push mail access to Facebook, Twitter and Orkut.
