Micromax to Unveil Superfone A85 in India

Bangalore: Micromax to announce the company's first dual-core processor loaded MicroMax Superfone A85 smartphone soon. The new Superfone A85 will come with Android 2.2 Froyo and is expected to get Android 2.3 Gingerbread pretty soon. It is powered by dual-core 1 GHz microprocessor, a 3.8-inch capacitive touchscreen WVGA display with 480x800 pixel resolution and motion sensor to power an interesting user interface but there are no details on the same. A85 will have a 5 megapixel camera at the back that is capable of capturing good quality images and will also have built-in image editor and 0.3 megapixel front facing camera for video calling. It supports up to 7.2Mbps download speed over 3G and also features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and A-GPS. In terms of price, the Superfone A85 is quite priced as couples of smartphones are available for around the same price offering Android 2.3 Gingerbread pre-loaded. It is priced around 18,990.
