The rumors surrounding the launch of Google’s Nexus was that it would be an “iPad Killer”. But soon after it’s unveiling and when the price was made public, it was realized that the Nexus would be a competition for Amazon’s Kindle instead. But now it seems that both Nexus and Kindle have something to worry about. Something that no one would have ever thought possible is actually happening. Apple is entering the budget section with its rumored iPad Mini by the end of this year.

Even though the nexus 7 had a faster processor and a better battery life than Kindle as well as a front facing camera, competing with a lower priced iPad will be nothing short of a nightmare. The point where Apple’s tablet will score is the fact that it has more than 2,25,000 apps that have been made keeping in mind the current iPad.
