Google's Next 'Nexus' Tablet Details Leaked Online


BANGALORE: Rumors are gathering about an HTC tablet named the Volantis and Flounder will be the next Nexus. . The tablet was spotted on South Korea’s certification agency and referred to the model number "0P8210000,″ which was seen in a leaked picture of the tablet's back, shared by Twitter user @EVleaks, reports Times of India.

While the Radio Research Agency did not disclose any specs for the upcoming tablet, a Twitter account with the name @UpLeaks, which has shared some information about the new device that the Nexus tablet is likely to have an 8 Mp rear camera with flash and 1.6 MP front-facing cameras, and powered by a 64-bit Nvidia Tegra processor, 4GB RAM and Android L.

It's not the first time there is a rumor about the tablet. Earlier, Android Police had also informed on the 8.9-inch Nexus tablet made by HTC.

The site has said to have received information about the Nexus 9’s speculations, features, pricing, and it revealed that the tablet's existence had been confirmed by various sources.

According to the website, the Nexus 9 tablet sports an 8.9-inch display (2048x1440p) with a 4:3 ratio, and it will be powered by an NVIDIA Logan 64-bit processor and 2GB RAM.

The tablet is likely to come in 16 and 32GB internal storage modifications and will sport an 8MP rear camera with optical image stabilization, a 3MP front-facing camera, stereo, and front-facing speakers.

The tablet is likely to have an aluminum zero-gap construction with tapered sides and  weighs 418 gram, and is priced starting at $399 for the 16GB version and $499 for the 32GB version. The tablet’s release is expected to be in the fourth quarter of 2014.
