4. Liability:

Google's glasses will come with a warning saying, ‘Do not wear while driving’, but don’t you smoke even though cigarette packet says ‘Smoking is harmful to health’. Therefore, along with health problems there comes the liability problems too which will be followed by lawsuits and hearings.

5. Cost:

Every one of us are not astronauts who wants to watch space shuttle schematics during a space walk, therefore for a common consumer there seems no need of investing thousands of bucks  on a pair of glasses to owe functionalities which is already available in their smartphone.
