# Set up And Tweak People Edge
It’s all about simplifying stuff on this new age Samsung phone. The People Edge on the Samsung S6 edge helps you set up a quick access to five of your favorite contacts on the side of the screen. This allows you to immediately use the preferred contact from the screen without searching around in the contact list.
You can set it up in two different ways, Firstly you can access People Edge from any screen then select the Settings and My people. After which you can click on an open contact where you can select the person and position to be assigned on the screen.
If you need a simpler way, then tap on the People Edge and on one of the open spaces too. After this all you have to do is, select the contact and it’s done. Here is you can also reshuffle the contacts by dragging it on the top and down and place it in any position you need.
# Set up Information Stream
Information Stream gives you small piece of notifications on the side of the display when the screen is off. This edge screen can be customized to show different other notifications like the Twitter feeds, Missed calls, News and Cricket scores too. These Samsung phones also allow you to download additional feeds by choosing the menu on the Manage news feed menu.
On the each feed in the manage news column you can select the news to be displayed on the side of the phone. It also allows you to set the time for backlight of the news feed by tapping on the Edge screen timeout in the Information stream menu.
