In September BenQ stepped into the Indian market with two high zoom digital cameras; the GH600 and the GH700. Both of these point-and-shoot compact digital camera sports 16 megapixel sensors with 21x optical zoom and 3 inch LCD screen.
The BenQ GH600 is priced at 10,999 and available in black and white color, while the GH700 is available only in black color for 15,999.
14. Nikon launches D600 digital SLR camera

Nikon finally launched its D600 digital SLR camera into the Indian market. The device is priced at 1,35,950. The camera comes with a full frame 24 mega pixel sensor. This is the smallest and lightest DSLR from Nikon at the moment.
