800 GHz processor and 290 MB of RAM would be good enough to perform well for a decent smartphone. But for better graphics and games you have to step-up for higher power and storage.
For storage every normal smartphones can be expandable up to 32 GB using microSD memory card, but you should see the internal memory too. It will be better to purchase a smartphone which has a good built-in memory; we recommend at least 4 GB to 8 GB of internal storage for smartphone.
