Apple introduces its latest iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max with titanium design in India
Apple introduced its latest lineup of smartphones. This event showcased the arrival of four distinct models the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Accompanying this new iPhone series, Apple also unveiled the latest iteration of the Apple Watch, the Series 9, and an exciting addition, the Apple Watch Ultra 2. While the iPhone 15 series doesn't undergo major design changes, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max received a noteworthy upgrade with their aerograde titanium design. This innovation not only adds a touch of durability but also keeps these smartphones lightweight, ensuring an enhanced user experience.
The iPhone 15 Pro is priced at 1,34,900 for 128GB of storage, the 256GB variant is priced at Rs 1,44,900, the 512GB variant costs Rs 1,64,900 and the 1TB variant is priced at Rs 1,84,900. The iPhone 15 Pro Max, on the other hand, starts at Rs 1,59,900 for the 256GB variant , the 512GB variant costs Rs 1,79,900 and the 1TB variant is priced at Rs 1,99,900. The iPhone 15 Pro models have been equipped with Apple's latest A17 Pro System-on-Chip (SoC). This cutting-edge chip is manufactured using an advanced 3nm process, cramming a multitude of minuscule components called transistors. The result is a substantial boost in your phone's speed and the ability to handle intricate graphics in games with ease. Additionally, these Pro models feature a rapid USB 3.0 port, capable of swiftly transferring data, although it necessitates a specialized cable for optimal functionality.
In terms of design, the iPhone 15 Pro models undergo noteworthy modifications. They adopt a lighter yet sturdier titanium frame, a departure from the previous stainless steel build. A significant change comes in the form of the 'Action button,' replacing the traditional mute switch. This multifunctional button can silence your iPhone when pressed and held, and it's versatile enough to perform various tasks, like initiating the camera or recording voice memos.
The camera system has received a substantial upgrade as well. The main camera now boasts an impressive 48-megapixel sensor with various zoom options. The Pro Max model offers a remarkable 5X optical zoom, while the Pro model provides a 3X zoom. Furthermore, a specialized coating has been applied to the lenses to minimize glare, resulting in improved color accuracy and enhanced brightness for your photos.
One of the most exciting additions is the ability to create 'spatial videos.' This feature, set to be enabled via a software update later in the year, allows your iPhone 15 Pro models to capture unique footage using both the main and wide cameras. This innovation is especially appreciated by filmmakers and promises to add a captivating dimension to your videos, making them more visually striking and engaging.
