Transcend's USB Flash Drives now certified for Windows 7
Bangalore: Transcend has announced that its JetFlash USB Flash Drives have passed Windows 7 compatibility testing and now can bear the "Compatible with Windows 7" logo. In order to ensure complete functionality when used with the new Windows 7 operating system, Transcend's V Series, T Series and Hi-speed Series JetFlash USB Flash Drives have all been confirmed to achieve Microsoft's strict standards for Windows 7. "We always strive to keep pace with technology. Our incessant R&D has made our products highly acceptable in the market. Now that Microsoft is launching its latest version of Windows operating system, Transcend users can freely use their USB flash drives on Windows 7 computers without worrying about compatibility issues," said Austin Huang, Regional Head - Sales, SAARC and APAC, Transcend. According to ChangeWave Research, the current satisfaction rate for Windows 7 is four-time higher than Windows Vista. Transcend offers lifetime warranty on all of its memory modules, flash memory cards (except Industrial Series) and all JetFlash USB Flash Drives (except JetFlash 220). After Windows Vista, Windows 7 is the latest operating system from Microsoft which is expected to be launched in few months.
