Bangalore: Indian market is always price sensitive. The launch of the world’s cheapest tablet Aakash has made tablet makers realize the potential and possibilities in this promising low-cost tablet market. Presently Indian market is raining with these sub-Rs.15,000 tablets. Have a look at these 20 budget tablets in India.

1. Two Datawind Tablets

Datawind launched two affordable tablets - UbiSlate 7+ and UbiSlate 7C with a price tag of Rs.2,999 and Rs.3,999 respectively. Both models come with 7 inch screen tablet and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. These tablets are powered by 800 MHz Cortex A8 processor, 256 MB RAM. Both models come with embedded GPRS modems and Wi-Fi connectivity.


2. Three BSNL Tablets

BSNL launched three new budget tablets, the cheapest model costs only Rs.3,250. The cheapest model-T-PAD IS701R has 1GHz processor, 7 inch resistive screen, runs on  Android 2.3 operating system, has 256M RAM, is Wi-Fi enabled and has a built-in 2GB memory can be expanded by up to 32GB.

The second model costing Rs.10,999 comes with 512MB DDRIII RAM, has 7 inch resistive screen, runs on  Android 2.3 operating system and can be connected to TV through HDMI.

The third and costliest model costs Rs.13,500-T-PAD WS802C is powered by a 1.2GHz processor, has 8 inch touchscreen, 512MB DDRIII RAM and also has a built-in GPS.

I bought new Penta T-Pad 703C today.. and it has amazing battery backup– its 7” capacitive Touch, you wouldn’t want to take your fingers off!.
It came preinstalled with Skype & MSN messenger. I’ve watched many videos in full HD mode via HDMI facility.. Its just too good guys, just go for itt… RUSHH

3: hey..what about Xtab A10 plus.. Really good specs, I have just bought it.. HD IPS 1024*600 capacitive touch screen.. 1 GB RAM.. 8 GB internal memory.. 1.5 GHz processor.. and ICS @ Rs 7990 by a company called NXG Electronics Pvt Ltd.. Specs can be found out here..

I personally think that this is the best tablet with premium specifications available in india..

4: Check the comment on Beetel Magiq, " The device has long battery life and is powered by 1 GHz processor and also supports WiFi and 3G. The tablet has a poor battery backup and resistive touch." A contradictory statement in case of battery once you say long battery life and on the contrary you say poor battery back up.
