Sony Xperia Go Out for Pre-Order at 18,999

Bangalore: Few months back Sony unveiled two waterproof and dustproof smartphones named Xperia Go and Xperia Acro S. Now KnowYourMobile has reported that Xperia Go is available for pre-order in an online retail store HomeShop18 for 18,999.

With the announcement of the smartphone few months back, Sony said that both the devices will be available globally in the third quarter of this year and as a happy news one device is up for pre-order, expecting the device will hit stores shortly.  These devices will surly give a direct competition to other rugged smartphones such as Motorola Defy XT and Defy Mini.

Sony Xperia Go sports 3.5 inch Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine which gives you the razor sharp clarity and also has scratch resistance mineral glass display. It is powered with 1 GHz dual core processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system (would be upgraded to Android 4.0 ICS).

The Xperia Go comes with 5 MP camera at the back and is available in black, white and yellow colors. It also comes with easy connectivity options which let you to watch TV directly on these devices. Along with this, the device is preloaded with Music Unlimited and Video Unlimited from Sony Entertainment which gives you access to blockbusters and thousands of music tracks.
