Samsung Galaxy S6 Roundup: Set For April 2015 Release

BENGALURU: With 2014 coming to a close and the year's smartphone race almost wrapping up, the Samsung Galaxy S6 release date and everything surrounding it, has become the next big talking point in the tech industry and why not so, reports by Luke Johnson of Trusted Reviews.

After an average success with the S5, Samsung has been reportedly working on the Galaxy S6 smartphone, which is devised to be a revolutionary flagship that sets new bars for smartphone features and capabilities along with a pocket friendly price too.

If we are to go with rumors, the S6 is reportedly set to sport an impressively powerful Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810, which is a 64-bit octa-core processor with the capability to power a 4K display screen.  Its Adreno 430 graphics unit is also super-fast, which means that the device will also be perfect for resource demanding applications such as high graphic games.

Performance-wise, there is a lot to cheer about with the S6.  In fact it is said that the device may come with a 20 megapixels primary camera at the back, a fingerprint sensor and most importantly, everything will be packed inside a metallic chassis and surely not the fiber panel.

Samsung will announce the Galaxy S6 smartphone during the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona in February.  And after that the device will be unveiled and it will be available for sale in the U.S. in April, or latest May, of 2015.  So if your gearing up to grab one for yourself, it’s high time to start saving and keep getting updated with the news surrounding it.
