Rumors: Is iPhone 5S in the Making?

Bangalore:  It’s hardly been few months since Apple launched its much awaited iPhone 5 and there are rumors that Apple will be working on the next version of iPhone in the first quarter of 2013. This reports surfaced on a Chinese language “Commercial Times”.

The smartphone has already be christened as iPhone 5S. The likely hood of Apple working on new iPhone is quiet high as they introduced the new iPad 4 and the Mini within 8 months of releasing their iPad3 in March 2012.

If indeed the rumors of the new iPhone are true then the specifications will be something to wonder about!

A Long Awaited New Design?
The gadget world is full of rumors that Apple has been given a patent which would allow Apple to make the phone out of a single piece of metal. This metal would be both thinner and lighter when compared to the current iPhones in the market.

A Different Screen?
If rumors are to be believed then Apple has been in touch with companies like G-Tech and Fuji Crystal for polishing curved glass which could mean that the next iPhone could have a curved screen design. The new iPhone may also have a fingerprint scanner which means that the user can use their finger print to lock or unlock the phone instead of typing out the password.
