Release Date Of Google Nexus 5 2015: Rumoured




BANGALORE: After Google I/O last month, the company hasn’t declared anything about the next Nexus device that is Nexus 5 2015. There are many speculations that have prevailed to support the upcoming Google device. Now, it is said that both LG and Huawei are working on two different variants of Nexus phone and Nexus device is believed to come out in October or November this year, reports TGC.

According to Concept Phones, the most likely specs in this year’s Nexus Smartphone are discussed by the author. It said, the handsets will sport a 5.5-inch Quad HD AMOLED screen and it will be powered by Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM.

The new features such as heart rate sensor and for the first time Nexus phone will come with removable 4,000mAh battery. This is not it, the post quoted; the new phone will boast a 20MP rear camera and a 13MP front camera. Along with pixel dense camera package, there will a microSD slot that will allow storage expansion up to 1TB. The internal memory is expected to be 64GB or 128GB.

When removable battery in the upcoming device took over the internet, an article published in Yibada spoke about the improvement that can be expected. The article said, “Reports also suggest that the Android M increases Nexus 5’s Battery Life by more than 500 hours. The finding is based on the test conducted by a German blog site which showed that a Nexus 5 running on Android M will see standby battery time increase of 533 hours.”

The Ecumenical News reported, as the Google has standardized fingerprint scanner in Android M. “The Nexus 5 (2015) is expected to pack all the features included by Google in its latest mobile operating system, Android M, such as fingerprint sensors for unlocking the device and logging into apps and online services, as well as fast-charging USB-C ports to significantly increase battery charging times.”
