Oppo R7s Launched with 4GB RAM and 5.5-Inch Display

BANGALORE: The Chinese Smartphone maker, Oppo, introduced a new Smartphone ‘R7s’ at an event held in Dubai. The firm did not reveal the price of the new device and it will launched first in Australia followed by other markets including Singapore and Taiwan among others, reports NDTV.

The Oppo R7s sports a 5.5-inch full HD AMOLED display and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device comes with hybrid SIM slot that can act as a microSD card with capacity up to 128GB.

An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor powers the new Oppo R7s alongside 4GB RAM and Andreno 405 GPU. The phone runs on company’s own ColorOS 2.1 atop of Android 5.1 Lollipop and comes with 32GB of internal storage.

The novel Oppo Smartphone packs in a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and sports an 8MP front-facing camera. The phone houses a non-removable 3070mAh battery, according to the company claim, with 5 minutes of charge time, the phone can last up to 2 hours of talk time. As the device features VOOV flash charging technology.
