Oppo N1 Mini Smartphone Up For Grabs At 26,990

BANGALORE: Oppo as a brand may sound a little unfamiliar to Indians. Oppo entered the mobile market in 2008 and became a globally registered technology brand.

It has a long history of serving customers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia for delivering products that receive high ratings from people as well as experts around the world.

Oppo is particular about its products and sustains high quality of hardware for the use in their handsets. With a uniquely independent R&D capacity, the company designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and sells products on its own behalf.

The Chinese brand entered the Indian market in January this year, and recently, Oppo India launched the N1 mini in the country with a price tag of 26,990, reports The Times of India. The launched handset is the smaller version of its top-end N1 SmartPhone launched earlier this year. As on its official site, it boasts of being the first SmartPhone company to have a 13MP rotating camera.

The N1 mini has a 5 inch HD screen and runs on Android 4.3 with Oppo’s Color OS on top. It is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, along with 2GB RAM and 16 GB non-expandable internal storage capacity.

According to Tom Lu, CEO, Oppo India, “It (N1 mini) brings to users the unique design and technology for which the Oppo N1 won a lot of accolades, but in a sleeker and more compact body. We believe that today's youth will find N1 mini as a device that is mini in size and max in fun.”

After the launch of Oppo N1 mini, it is yet to see how people are to respond to this stylish and feature loaded smartphone. The price tag under 30,000 and well built features like the rotating camera may be able to attract a lot of attention at the Indian stores.
