Nokia Lumia 920 to Enter India in November


Bangalore: Nokia announced it will be launching its flagship Windows Phone 8 running smartphone – Lumia 920 in India by November. The Lumia 920 will first hit France and UK this week and the company plans to launch the device in selected countries (that includes India) in November. Nokia has not revealed the exact price and availability date.

Nokia also claims that the Lumia 920 is the most innovative smartphone in the world. It is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Dual-Core processor at a clock speed of 1.5 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, runs on Windows Phone 8 operating system and 32 GB of built-in storage space along with 7 GB of free Microsoft SkyDrive storage.

The device sports a 4.5 inch WXGA IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels with PureMotion HD and ClearBlack which enables high brightness mode along with Sunlight Readability Enhancement.

The highlighted feature in the Lumia 920 is its camera, which has a PureView camera like in the PureView 808 smartphone. Unlike the PureView 808’s 41 mega pixel camera, the Lumia 920 features 8.7 mega pixel camera with PureView technology.

Nokia Lumia 920 is available in yellow, red, gray white and black colors. It will be available in LTE and HSPA+ variants.
