Motorola Atrix 2 Launched in India


Bangalore: Motorola’s one of the best high-end smartphone ‘Atrix 2’ has quietly made its entrance into the country with a price tag of 22990.  The phone offers the best features for its price and is available at online shopping sites Saholic and LetsBuy.

Motorola Atrix 2 features a  4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 960×540 pixels and Gorilla Glass protection, it is equipped with  1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory-expandable via microSD card and runs on Google Android v2.3 Gingerbread which is upgradable to the new Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The device sports an 8-megapixel camera on the back with autofocus, LED flash and image stabilization, FullHD video recording and a VGA video-calling camera on the front. It also has 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, HDMI port and a 1785mAh battery giving atmost 9 hours of talk-time.

Atrix 2 is compactable with Motorola's lapdock which is a docking station having its own battery and screen, and makes the phone deliver a laptop like experience. The device also comes with preloaded EA games. HTC Desire HD, HTC Radar, Blackberry Bold 9780, Samsung Galaxy R and LG Optimus 2X are the competitors for Atrix 2 at the current price, but Atrix 2 has some better specifications and features and also seems to be strong performer in a number of assessments.
