Micromax Unveils Funbook Infinity Tablet for 6699

Bangalore: Micromax, the domestic smartphone maker is now strengthening its tablet portfolio in the Indian market by its Funbook tablet line up. Now the company has launched another tablet in its Funbook series called Funbook Infinity.

The Micromax Funbook Infinity sports 7 inch touch screen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The tablet is engineered with Dual Mali Cortex A8 processor at a clock speed of 1.2 GHz, 512MB of RAM and runs on Google’s Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

Funbook Infinity is equipped with 2.0 mega pixel rear camera and a 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera to enable video calling via Skype. The device also features dual speakers for quality sound output. Micromax continues its partnership with McGraw Hill, Everonn, Pearson, and Vriti for its educational content and entertainment partnership with BigFilx, Zenga, Hangama & IndiaGames.

Similar to its predecessors, Funbook infinity comes with connectivity options such as 3G dongle and Wi-Fi connectivity. It is also equipped with 4000mAh battery which the company promises to provide more than 6 hours on a single charge.
