Bangalore:  With the muse on Tablets increasing day by day, Lenovo, the Chinese manufacturer chose the right time to launch a series of Tablets that run both on Android and Windows 8 in India. Among the products launched are the Android based Tablets, A1000, A3000 and S6000 and the Windows based ThinkPad Tablet 2 and IdeaPad Lynx K3011.

A1000: This Android 4.1 Jellybean Tablet is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek 8317 processor with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. It fashions an impressive 7 inch display with 1024×600 pixels resolution. Company says the 3,500mAh battery delivers 8 hours of battery life over Wi-Fi use. The Sim card supports voice calling and the 0.3 mp front-facing cam easily handles Video Chats. With Dolby audio enhancements and dual stereo speakers, this is one of the easily affordable tablets priced at 8,999.

A3000:  This is also a 7-inch display, 1024×600 pixels resolution tablet and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It’s equipped with a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage expandable up to 64GB with a microSD card. The front-facing camera 0.3 megapixel while the rear camera is 5 megapixels. The tablet runs on 3,500mAh battery, delivering 7 hours of browsing-time and 336 hours of standby time. The Sim Card supports voice calling. A3000 comes at a price of 16,000.

S6000: This is one of the high range Tablets for the Android series. Lenovo S6000 is a 10.1 inch IPS display tablet with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It’s powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 16GB of internal storage and an expandable microSD slot. It has a 5 megapixel rear camera. The tablet also features a micro HDMI port, a digital microphone and a showcases 178-degree viewing angles. The battery life lasts for 8 straight hours on a single charge. The price stands at 27,000.
