Leaked Images Of Cheaper iPhone Hits Online

Bangalore: The news on Apple launching a cheaper iPhone gets stronger as its annual WWDC developer conference draws near. Recently, a website published what it claims to be the leaked image of highly-rumored handset. It is speculated that Apple may unveil two iPhones at the conference, out of which one will be the cheaper version of the device, reports Times Of India.

Weibo, a Chinese micro-blogging website has posted images of the rumored cheaper iPhone. As speculated, the device is made of glossy plastic with a curved body and according to the Weibo users who leaked the images, the device is quite handy.

As shown by the two images, the device is surrounded by a bumper case along with Lighting dock connector that was introduced last year with iPhone 5. Besides, the phone has a 3.5mm audio jack and two speakers.

Earlier, it was reported that Apple will go for multiple color options such as navy, gold orange, white, pink and green especially for the cheaper iPhone. It is rumored to be priced between $300 and $400 and the device will be up for field test for June with about 1000 units. Made of plastic polycarbonate, Nowhereelse.fr; a French website has stated that Apple will launch the cheaper iPhone and iPhone 5S on June 20.
