Invites Out; Micromax Yu to Launch Yutopia on Dec 7

BENGALURU: Micromax’s Yu Televentures has started sending out media invites for their upcoming launch of the company’s unibody metal design smartphone Yu Yutopia in India on December 7, reports Tech2.

Yu Yutopis is expected to have the features such as 4GB RAM, 32GB in-built memory and the phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC. This smartphone is also expected to be made in India. Also the smartphone might be sporting a 21MP camera rear and 8MP front. Other features of the phone are yet to be known.

Earlier, Yu Televentures had released teasers saying, “RIP Plastic and Sandstone: True power lies in metal.” The company indirectly mocked OnePlus for using more plastic and less metal in the recent flagship smartphone and confirmed that the company's new Yutopia will come with metal worthy of the tag of a true premium phone. YU's new teaser comes with a graphic picture of OnePlus 2 with a tag 'Never Settle for 1080p' as the wallpaper, followed by the caption.

The company has initiated a new campaign urging fans to start registering for YU Yutopia and now we expect the company soon will launch this powerful Yutopia.
