HTC's Dual SIM Desire 600 Goes Up For Preorder

Bangalore: HTC’s latest Smartphone, Desire 600 ornamented with traits of the flagship HTC One in a lower price tag has already arrived in the official online store in Russia. The dual SIM device is soon expected to reach other parts of the world including India.

The device is priced at around $500, which in turn converts roughly to around 25,000. The 4.5-inch Super LCD2 screen packs a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor along with 1 GB RAM, Adreno 203 GPU, 8 GB internal memory and latest Android Jelly bean under it. However, lack of a memory expansion slot can be a huge let down for this device. HTC will have to play sensitively on the price range, if it wants to get a warm welcome in India.

Adding to the normal specs, Desire 600 has borrowed some features including the front facing stereo speakers, Beats Audio and HTC's Sense 5 user interface with Blink-Feed notifications. It also has an 8 MP rear camera and a 1.6 MP front camera and features connectivity options including NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The exact pricing and availability of the device in India is not known. However we can expect the phone in another 2 weeks.
