Asus Unveils Pegasus 2 Plus With Snapdragon 615 SoC And 3GB RAM




BANGALORE: Earlier this week, Asus unveiled a new Smartphone that is said to be the successor of the Pegasus Smartphone that was introduced last year. The new handset is called Pegasus 2 Plus; it sports a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution, reports Tech2.

The Phablet features decent specs that are suitable in the mid-range segment. The Pegasus 2 Plus is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM.

The newly exhibited Pegasus 2 Plus comes with a 13MP rear shooter and an 8MP front-facing camera. The Phablet runs Zen UI on top of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and supports dual-SIM connectivity.  In terms of looks, the back cover of the handset feature options like white and rose gold.

The Pegasus 2 Plus is powered by a 3030mAh battery. However, Asus hasn’t revealed the connectivity options but the first generation Pegasus came with 4G LTE support, hence we can predict its successor to offer similar connectivity option.
