All New Features and Specifications of the Recently Launched iPhone7
BENGALURU: Tim Cook launched iPhone 7 and 7 Plus on a grand stage in Bill Graham Civic, San Francisco. The launching of latest iPhone made lot of hullabaloo as every Apple product makes. Apple CEO repeated the same phrase, which he uses every year that “this is the best iPhone ever”. The company upgraded some features of the previous flagship smartphone and rejuvenated it with all new sleek design.
iPhone 7 is launched with a 12MP camera while iPhone 7 Plus is installed with a dual 12MP camera. The optical image stabilization feature comes with both variant along with a 6-element lens and larger aperture to take brighter photos and videos. The telephoto camera installed in iPhone 7 Plus provides optical zoom similar to 10x time of digital optical zoom. Both the phones have RAW photography and Quad LED feature, which means 4 LEDs are installed to provide 50 percent brighter pictures than iPhone 6s.
The latest iPhone will be coming with a storage variant of 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB, eventually dropping the 16GB and 64GB units. As Apple claims, prices will be same as the iPhone 6s, which means customers have the opportunity to buy a double storage Smartphone at 6s price. Apple iPhone 7 and 7 plus will be water and dust resistant, which means phone can remain under water until a depth of 1m for about 30 minutes. Apple also enhanced its battery to provide better backup. According to the claims of the company, new iPhone’s will give 2 hours extra power backup than iPhone 6s.
Apple armed new iPhone with A10 Fusion processor to provide 40 percent faster processing then A9. The company made slight changes in the design of iPhone 6s to give the new one a glossy and mirror design. The 3.5mm headphone jack is missing from iPhone 7 as Apple introduced AirPod wireless earphones with 5-hour battery life. iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will work on iOS 10 with a 3D touch. The audio system is enhanced with a latest stereo speaker system that will provide twice the sound in comparison to iPhone 6s.
