7 Super Cool Gadgets of 2012 that Made a Mark
3. Google Nexus 7
Price: Between
13,000 to
15,000
Termed by some gadgets freaks to be the “iPad killer” the Google Nexus 7 ever since the day it was launched has been successful in turning heads and getting noticed in the already overcrowded budget tablet market. This tablet is also a direct competition to Amazon’s Kindle. The tablet is one of the first few tablets to run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
The Google Nexus 7 has a 7 inch screen and comes with an admirable resolution of 1280 X 800 pixels. The screen also has an IPS LCD which allows the view with comfortable viewing angles. The tablet is powered by a quad-core Tegra 3 processor which comes with a promise of high speed performance. The only glaring drawback that the budget tablet has is that it is missing a rear camera, which comes as quiet a shocker as many tablets in the same price range come with both a front end as well as a rear facing camera.
