7 New Android Jelly Bean Devices


Bangalore: Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean operating system is the fastest and smoothest version of Android which Google has made till now. Jelly Bean improves on the simplicity and beauty of Android 4.0, and also introduces a new Google search experience on Android.

It has been few months since Google officially announced the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS for smartphones and tablets. So far only few manufacturers have launched devices with Jelly Bean onboard and many others have just listed their compatible devices which can update to the latest OS. Here we have listed few devices (smartphones and tablets) which come pre-installed with the latest and fastest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.

1. HTC One X+

HTC officially announced the highly rumored HTC One X+ smartphone. The One X+ is the successor company’s of super hit smartphone One X and with its upgrades, One X+ promises to be bigger and better than its predecessor.

The new smartphone HTC One X+ comes with a gigantic 4.7 inch Super LCD2 capacitive touch screen display at a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels along with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection. It is powered by a Quad-Core NVIDIA Tegra 3 AP37 processor at a clock speed of 1.7 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, ULP GeForce graphic processor unit and runs on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean operating system along with HTC’s Sense 4+ user interface.

It comes in two memory variants; 32 GB and 64 GB, unfortunately no card slot for expanding memory. It features 8 mega pixel camera at the back with autofocus and LED flash, 1.6 mega pixel front camera which can be used for video calling and for recording video at 720p at 30 frames per second. The primary camera also features simultaneous HD video and image recording, touch focus, geo-tagging and face detection.  

Other notable feature is its bigger 2100 mAh battery to offer 50 percent more talk time than the One X.
