BANGALORE: The Phablet phones became widely popular all over the world after the launch of the Samsung galaxy Note series in 2011. The Phablet industry has grown wide and is mostly preferred by people who demand more than a usual Smartphones. A phablet is nothing but a phone and a tablet with a screen size not less than 5 inches offering better features than a conventional Smartphone. So, below listed are some of the phablets that are recently launched in India, reports TOI.

#Sony Xperia T2 Ultra (Price 24990): This phablet from the Xperia family has a display of 6 inches with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and runs on the Android version 4.3 Jelly Bean. The phablet’s hardware includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core processor clocked at 1.4 GHZ and 1GB of RAM. The camera on the T2 ultra is a 13 Mega pixel with a LED flash on the rear and a 1.1 MP on the front side. This dual sim phablet has an internal storage memory of 8GB, which can be expanded up to 32GB powered by a 3000 mAh battery offering a talk time of 14 hours.
