Optima Smart features a 5MP primary camera and a 0.3MP front end camera that do not come upto the standards. The model supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi; however 3G does not work with this phone. The 1,800 mAh Li-polymer battery is efficient enough to drive the gadget all through a day and can be an option in your tight budget.

Wyncomm Wiz! G51 is a dual SIM phone with a cool white shade resembling Samsung models; however with a WVGA display screen. The phone has a 1Ghz dual-core Mediatek 6517 processor and runs on Android 4.0 Ice cream Sandwich powered by 512 MB of RAM. The gadget comes with 4 GB inbuilt memory and an expandable memory upto 32GB. It is a disadvantage that the phone needs to be turned off every time the microSD card needs to be unmounted.

The phone showed sluggishness while running multiple apps simultaneously and the poor screen quality does not amuse when playing games. Wyncomm Wiz! G51 supports connectivity features like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth but no 3G. The 5MP rear camera and the 2MP front camera are average and the 1800 mAh battery lasts for 18 hours. The phone is not a bad offering for the amount.
