Karbonn, was the first Indian manufacturer to enter the phablet scenario with the launch of A30- Ta Fone. The device which was priced at 
12, 990 during its launch, is now available at a best buy price of 11, 100.
The device is equipped with 5.9 inch capacitive touch display with 480*800 pixels and runs on Android 4.0 and features an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera as well. It supports dual-SIM functionality and comes with a battery of 2500 mAh which claims to have 10 hours of talk time.
The A30-Ta Fone is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor alongside 512MB RAM. It comes with 4GB of internal storage with an expandable storage of 32GB via microSD card. It includes connectivity options like Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth and USB. The phone is pre-loaded with apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp, PayTM, Saavn and Karbonn Smart.
