Bangalore: The credit of using the term Smart TV first goes to Samsung in 2011 and since then this word has been used by many manufactures. Home Dashboard: The start up screen for the smart TV is called the Home Dashboard. It’s here that you can find all the applications of the television and access them. This is a simple and easy way for the users to use the apps as they all are in one place. The Dashboard has the Live TV, Premium Content, LG Apps and Launcher Bar.

Smart Share: This option allows the users to stream music and videos from other compactable devices so that they can comfortably view the same on a larger screen. You can transfer data from your laptop, tablet or smartphone to the television.

Premium Content and LG Apps: The smart TV provides the user with a lot of apps like Movie VOD, Major Sports League Pass and Catch-up TV Services.  Along with these LG also provides its users with apps made by LG which ranges from lifestyle to education to entertainment to games which can be enjoyed with friends and family.

Web Browser: Well switching on your computer or laptop is no longer necessary if you want to browse the web, now all you have to do is switch on your smart TV and connect to the internet and browse.
