According to IDC’s Asia/Pacific Quarterly Mobile Phone tracker, 119 million Smartphones were shipped in the second quarter of 2013 in the Asia-Pacific region, excluding Japan. Home-grown brands accounted for 38 per cent of those, reports Business Standard. Here is a list such cheap but fully loaded handsets.

#5 CELKON SIGNATURE A119Q HD
Price- Rs 12,499

This phone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with a Quad core processor that clocks 1.2GHz. The dual SIM phone powered by 1 GB RAM runs pretty good with no processing delay. Celkon Signature A119Q HD features a 5 inch display screen with a resolution of 1,280x720 pixels and a 12MP rear camera and 3MP front camera.

The makers failed to prove the ‘HD’ description given to the phone as it has poor HD video recording quality. The power button, 3.5 mm audio jack and the USB port are jam packed at the top side of the phone. The plastic rear panel of A119Q does not provide an appealing look to the device. Out of the 4 GB internal memory only 1.45 GB is available for use, however the MicroSD Card slot that supports upto 32GB is good enough to resolve the drawback. The 2,100 mAh battery pack that gets the phone running for one and half day is certainly a good deal for its price.
