3 New Sony Xperia Smartphones Got Unleashed


Sony Xperia V Specifications:

Xperia V is slightly smaller than Xperia T.  Xperia V comes with a 4.3 inch HD Reality Display which is also backed by Sony’s Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 which provides the user with razor sharp clarity. This smartphone also comes with a 13 mega pixel rear fast capture camera. The device is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual core processor. The phone also has LTE which allows the user to download at the speed of lighting.  The phone is certified with Play station. Currently the phone will function on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system which will later see an upgrade to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The phone is water and dust proof. You can immerse the phone up to 1 meter into the water for thirty minutes and nothing would happen to the device. The phone is available in three colours; Black, Pink and White.

Sony Xperia J Specifications:

The smallest of the three Xperia smartphone released at the IFA, Xperia J comes with a 4.0 inch FWVGA display screen and is only 9.2 mm thick; making it a huge but a slim smartphone. The smartphone comes with a 5 mega pixel auto focus camera. The camera is less powerful than the other two Xperia smartphones. But unlike Xperia V and Xperia T this one comes with a front camera as well which allows for video calling and chats. The phone will function on Android 4.0 Ice cream Sandwich operating system. Though sony hasn’t said anything regarding the update of this phone to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, we have to wait and watch if the phone is lucky enough to get an update.

The added feature that this phone has is social media updates which come along with illumination. Sony Xperia J comes in three colours; Black, Gold, White and Pink

Sony hasn’t revealed the prices of the smartphones yet, we will have to wait for them to be available in the market to find out their price tags.
