4. Huawei Ascend D Quad

The Huawei Ascend D Quad is one of the fastest smartphone which is engineered with its very own Huawei K3V2 Quad-Core processor with 1.5 GHz clock speed, paired with 1 GB of RAM and operates on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
