 15. Sony Walkman (1979)

Sony trademarked the name ‘walkman’ for its portable audio cassette players in the early days. Later they developed the prototype form of the walkman which we know and the actual marketing happed in 1979 and from that time we had experienced a new way to listen to music through lightweight headphones.
