Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD comes with a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Advanced capacitive touch screen. The screen comes with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The phone is powered with a 1.2 GHz Dual-core Cortex-A9 processor backed by 1GB of RAM.

Razr Maxx HD comes with an 8 GB internal memory along with a slot for a microSD card which allows the user to expand the memory up to 32 GB. The phone will function on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system which will be upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
