We can save battery life in this device to some extend without any interference of third party apps again. Go to Settings > Display & Lights > Sleep, in this we can reduce the screen on time and this can save battery to a great extent.

The Profile setting can also be used for saving the battery again. And another setting is to reduce the CPU speed so it will consume less charge- Settings > Performance > Processor > CPU, this is not the best option when you want to play games or work on your phone.
