MapMyIndia earlier known only for its amazing app which made sure that no one ever got lost on their journey now have decided to launch their own tablet into the Indian markets.  The tablet has a 5 inch capacitive touch screen display. CarPad5 functions on the Android operating system. It functions as three things; a GPS navigator, a phone as well as a 3G tablet.

The tablet is powered by a 1 GHz Single Core processor. It also comes equipped with an internal memory of 4 GB.

Apart from the normal specifications what makes this tablet stand out is the latest mapping technology, Aura which it uses. This app comes with real time traffic updates, maps which are tailored for the Indian roads and Indian needs. This app also gives turn by turn navigation along the 3D maps. It also comes with detailed landmarks that make sure you will never lose your way. The map covers over 6.3 million places.
