#2 HTC Desire V
This Smartphone was made available since June with a price tag of 
21, 999. Now the current price on online retail stores is 12,400.
HTC Desire V is powered by a 1GHz CPU coupled with a 512MB RAM. Its operating system is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. There is a 4GB internal storage and has a microSD expansion up to 32GB.
The device has a 4 inch display with a 5MP rear camera and LED flash. There is no front camera however.
Connectivity features of the Smartphone are 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and microUSB 2.0. HTC has also used Beats Audio technology in the Desire V.
#1 Lava Intel Xolo X900
This is the first Smartphone with an Intel chip launched last year in April at 22,000. However, now it is available at 12,900 on e-commerce websites from a steep decline of 9000.
The Xolo X900 runs on a 1.6GHz processor coupled with 1GB RAM. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread has a 16GB onboard storage capacity.
There is a 4.3 inch LCD display with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a front facing camera with video chat option. Connectivity features of Xolo include 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, NFC, miniHDMI, microUSB and Bluetooth 2.1.
