While it is shipped with Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean), it is upgradable to v4.3 (Jelly Bean) and it is expected that S4 being a flagship device will get a v4.4 (KitKat) OS upgrade. This device too comes is 16/32/64 GB variants which can be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD and 2 GB of RAM.
