The presence of a third phone from the company Sony points out that they are working hard to make their presence felt in the mid-range smartphone segment. In June 2012, the company launched two new phones – the Xperia Tipo and the Xperia Miro and now the Xperia Miro is available in the market as well as online shopping portals like Snapdeal.com, Flipkart.com etc.

Sony Xperia Miro is powered by an 800 MHz Qualcomm processor and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.  The phone sports a 3.5 inch TFT capacitive touch screen, an internal memory of 4 GB and a slot for a microSD card which gives the user to expand the memory up to 32 GB.

The device comes with a 5 mega pixel rear camera which with auto focus, digital zoom and LED flash and a front facing VGA camera for video calls. The phone is available in four different colour combinations; black, white with silver, black with pink, and white with gold.
