Improved processor and camera are big bets on new iPhone. The phone will have a new version of Apple's processor called the A7. Rumors claim it will continue to be a dual-core processor with an emphasis on improved system speed. It's also expected to pack an improved camera; as Apple Insider reported, it will have a better flash for taking better photos in low-light conditions.

The biggest new feature on the iPhone 5S could be a fingerprint sensor housed right under Home button. The Home button will now be in convex shape than concave and will be made of scratch resistant sapphire glass. It will offer increased security and a way to encode and bypass entering passwords. The fingerprint sensor in the next iPhone seems to be a reality since last year Apple bought AuthenTec, a biometrics reader and mobile security solutions company.
